Lovely room - very good service in reception and restaurant. Easy to find and a retail park nearby for some shopping

This hotel is a bus servuce hotel. Most , not i in this catogiry of travelker have money and ability tp nake tge accoubt right. The bus not cars. Ssy 3 small busses and tge interlink to tge cuty asude on tge main rd. That is money not a car park. Or facikity for. I just bought it is a red carpet to ypur car. It is what it is. A better place with busses. Cheers

Checked in later, member of staff on the front desk was quite unhelpful and blunt. The room still has stains all over the sideboards.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean as well. The room was lovely as well as the bathroom which I loved. The dining room where the food was being served was lovely as well

Very nice people and service. The A/C didn’t work which was why I gave it 4/5 but they were very accommodating and provided us with alternatives and money off our bill for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend again. Receptionist was very professional and helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel and saw how nice it was and the staff where lovely too we booked for a second night there and then just in case all the rooms were gone later that night walking to the bar along our corridor was a smell of **** , we went to the spa next morning spoke to a man staff very friendly told us to go back to room to get towels to use the facilities when we returned he said we need a pound coin for the locker did not tell us for time then told me to sign in pointing to a box of pens I used it not realised There’s 2boxes used and clean should be more careful over the COVID-19 then told me to go in jacuzzi and then told me to get back out in front of all customers when I was drowning wet very embarrassing he needs more training that night a child crying all night and all early morning next door no sleep the food was very good and friendly staff and service just needs to sort them issues out

Hotel was lovely staff in the spa wasn’t very friendly the jacuzzi was extremely hot and people were getting burnt. The staff in the spa told us it wasn’t working properly but they were still letting people in to use it.

Gave us a disability shower room with a slide door was so hard to close the slide door & im strong ! Terrible sink tap soaked me in cold water & the floor tv remote didnt work properly at least the sheets looked clean .. sp**** drinks of tea & coffee & no milk 3 custard creams biscuits coudnt get much cheaper i surpose ! but location good & lots parking & Colchester near by..cant comment on bar or food as only stayed one night
