Very comfortable bed. Room comes with microwave. Very clean. Good breakfast except the we feedback to the hotel that the cook should not have added salt to the scrambled eggs. Love the waffles.
Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly.
Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Ctrip made a mistake, the person signed for it, and the room was gone when we arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel provided coordination, otherwise we would be cheated by Ctrip

Was perfect for our trip our refrigerator was unplugged and we didnt know until after we had food in it. Near restaurants but not right in the city

After a long drive to El Paso for a funeral, it was comforting to be able to check in and go into a clean room. The staff was super attentive to our needs and very friendly. The location was perfect.

Nice accomodating staff. The missed cleaning my room one day, but no issues after. Nice clean room and was a comfortable stay. Breakfast could have been a little better, but not bad for free.

I needed a place to crash while visiting my brother and his family in El Paso. This hotel is near his house and the price was right. Delightful home away from home.
