Mount Emei Tianjing Resort Hotel

This hotel was a random pick, and it turned out to be excellent! The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is grand and spacious, and the rooms are large and new. Our room came with a private hot spring bath, which was generously sized and and filled up quickly. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one deep and one shallow. The lobby has a small children's play area. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea. A special shout-out to the hotel's buffet breakfast – the variety was impressive, and crucially, the food tasted great! Drawbacks: 1. Upon checking in, we found a chicken bone near the foot of the bed, indicating that hygiene needs to be significantly improved. 2. Around 8 PM, the water pressure in the shower was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold.

The hotel room was excellent – very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel's soaking tub was fantastic, featuring lovely lighting and powerful water flow. Downstairs, both the pool and the hot springs were superb. And the breakfast was also incredibly good, truly outstanding!

The property is quite new, but the location is a bit out of the way. There's a lake nearby.

This resort hotel is excellent. It's conveniently located, just 2km from Baoguo Temple and 1km from the local food street. The hotel's overall decor is elegantly simple yet grand, and the hygiene is impeccable. The guest rooms are spacious, well-soundproofed, and wonderfully quiet, ensuring a pleasant stay. Facilities are comprehensive, including a hot spring bath and a well-maintained swimming pool. Definitely worth revisiting.

I was quite pleased with the room, and the service was excellent. Perhaps due to the mountainous surroundings, my child was bitten by an insect when entering the elevator. The staff acted very responsibly by quickly taking them to the hospital for medication. A little more attention to cleanliness details would make the hotel perfect. They also provided a ride to the high-speed rail station, and the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive, even helping with our luggage. While no place is absolutely perfect, their attitude towards resolving issues is what truly matters. We would definitely stay here again.

My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids absolutely loved the slide! We also really appreciated the thoughtful provision of children's toiletries and a child-sized washbasin, which showed great attention to detail. It was super convenient to order food delivery if we got hungry in the evenings. And finally, a special mention must go to the superb soundproofing in the rooms.
