Unsafe and Unhelpful – A Disappointing Experience I had a very unsettling experience at PubLove @ The Crown in Battersea, and I feel compelled to share it to warn future guests. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of my room was subpar, with dirty sheets. I reported this to the receptionist, but he was unapproachable and unhelpful, and I had to wait for him to return to address the issue. This was already frustrating, but the situation worsened later that night. I experienced harassment from another guest who made aggressive, invasive comments, including assumptions about my religion, and acted erratically, likely under the influence of *****. The individual lingered nearby, making me feel very unsafe. I’m still unsure if this person was a guest or staff, which only added to my discomfort. Despite bringing my concerns to the attention of the hostel, the staff did not offer any immediate assistance or reassurance. I left the hostel feeling both emotionally distressed and unsafe. The lack of adequate support from the staff made an already troubling situation even worse. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking here, especially if safety and a clean, comfortable environment are a priority

Near the USA embassy. Good price. Not in the center but busses work well.

I was a solo traveller in a female door, but it was a rather cramped room with the lockers being in the narrow corridor was in the door. But it was good price and downstairs they looked after our luggage.

The good thing about London is that buses run 24 hours a day, so you won't have to worry about catching the last train, but riding the bus home after drinking can be tiring, so it's good to have a place where you can lie down or take a nap.

Very nice and convenient place for a short stay.

A bit far from central, stuff are friendly and nice, there have restaurant and supermarket around
