Excellent hotel, very well located. The personnel super kind and always eager to help. The administrator also super kind and customer service oriented. The breakfast was super good. The rooms amazing, super clean, big comfy beds.
Overall it was an amazing experience, super helpful, i’d go back again and again. Would reccomend with 5⭐️. THANK YOU!!!

After reading a half dozen signs about hair dye and $300 charge for damages. Saw a bell for service after waiting for the front desk person which I had thought to have made eye contact with a couple times but apparently not. Rang bell and front desk person got up from watching YouTube or something on his computer. Also the room had obvious water damage to the walls and I hate to think what was growing behind the wallpaper. Room 166

Comfortable beds. Clean!! Very friendly. We stay here every year during our Chris**as shopping trip. It’s very affordable, and what you get for what it costs is above and beyond what’s expected.

About an hour after arriving at the hotel the front desk personnel knocked on my door wanting to "check the AC". I did not request this and was told upon checkout by a different staff member that this is not common practice. I have no idea what he was doing but leads me to believe he was maybe placing a camera in the AC unit. Creepy then and creepy now. I put a towel over the unit for privacy. But I will never return to this hotel

The walls are all paper thin. You can hear literally everything from in your room. I was under a group of men who were clearly wasted and making a huge spectacle in the middle of the night for hours straight. Not sure how they weren't asked to stop disturbing others.

Wasn't impressed by the external building, needed some changes. Greeted by gentlemen who seemed slightly unprofessional, then he requested a deposit on the room. I had never heard of that. I was greatly distressed by that, and I began to have a negative outlook about the hotel, I was looking for a way to cancel the second night. The breakfast area looked scarce. The room looked very clean, carport looked old which added to my thoughs and negativeness. Bathroom clean. When I spoke to family in the area, they stated that is a common practice now for a deposit. Change is hard to learn sometimes. Then I began to see the hotel differently. We had a good stay.

The staff is very friendly. I was able to get in before 3pm and I really appreciated that since I drove 12 hours. The breakfast was on the go and not bad.
