We enjoyed our visit to Saugatuck, Michigan and staying at the beautiful Wickwood Inn. We especially enjoyed the afternoon wine & Charcutier tray, baked goods and chocolate. The inn is laid out well to enjoy our treats while conversing with other guests and staff. Both staff and guests shared their knowledge of the area, restaurants and things to do. The bathroom shower was beautiful and loved the robe for relaxation and the slippers. We were given a menu to choose our breakfast the evening before. Breakfast was fantastic with a self-serve bar of fresh baked goods, fresh baked breads, fruit, juices, coffee and tea and then our chosen breakfast meal. Our favorites were on the menu: Smoked Salmon platter and Eggs Benedict. The grounds are well cared for, with outdoor seating or a beautiful screened in porch to enjoy your coffee or wine.

What a beautiful experience! My husband and I scheduled a weekend getaway at The Wickwood and could not have been more charmed! Beautifully appointed rooms, a cozy fire constantly going in the main area, fresh flowers, chilled wine at happy hour, delicious breakfast, and a truly kind and joyful staff- The Wickwood has it all. We truly felt that we had stepped through a looking glass and into a fairytale. We will we back soon!

The entire experience was very well done. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The ambulance was exceptional. We were there for two nights. The room was well done with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was totally updating from the previous time we stayed there. I highly recommend the Wickwood Inn.

The inn decor was beautiful... A top chef from Chicago was training their new chef for the summer season Tom paid very close attention to our diatery special needs Was knowledgeable about the saugatuck area beaches and restaurants We had a marvelous experience and would recommend the inn to everyone There were snacks and a charcuterie in the afternoon and evening . My girlfriend and I met in Saugatuk on a Friday and chose to stay at the Wickwood... We are so glad we did!! The inn has so much charm and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend the Wickwood to anyone going to Saugatuck!

This inn is the absolute best in hospitality. We were greeted at the door by the Manager, Jeff. He was the best host...giving us a tour of the charming boutique hotel. Every detail was just amazing...the happy hour, the rooms, bedding, bathroom products all were high quality. Chef Rose was awesome....the breakfast room & food were top quality & prepared beautifully. We highly recommend this charming hotel in the heart of Saugatuck. We will definitely return here.

The Wickwood Inn is a heavenly place to stay when wanting a getaway night or weekend. The decor of the Inn and the comfort and beauty of the rooms and beds made me never want to leave. The breakfast has been delightful whether I’ve enjoyed it in the quaint dining room or out on the gorgeous patio. Also, I felt no need to go searching for a latte in the morning as the coffee at Wickwood is fantastic. The staff is always extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. I will forever choose to stay at Wickwood whenever I come to Saugatuck.

My wife and I wanted to take a couple of quiet days, not far from where we live in Chicago, to just be together somewhere charming and amongst the changing fall colors. Saugatuck sure fits that bill and the Wickwood Inn couldn’t have been a more perfect home away from home. Everything is first class, from the beautifully appointed common spaces, where we felt completely at home, to the charming 8 table dining room where breakfast is personally prepared for each guest, to the private sleeping rooms (ours with fireplace!) with incredible beds and linens. The Inn is very close to the center of town so you can walk almost everywhere but doesn’t feel as if it’s right in town so you don’t feel it’s amongst the more commercial businesses. In summary, these folks have great taste and charm and have created probably the best B&B I’ve ever experienced. Can’t wait to go back!
