I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. There is also a restaurant and gas station on the same premises, making it convenient. Well, anything can be found within a short drive.

The front desk staff and cleaning crew were all really helpful and kind. Check in and out were simple and painless. The hotel has been renovated nicely, however, there were a few dingy remanences of the old hotel... like the desk and headboards. This hotel is very close to a popular sports bar, which can be seen as good or bad. In the end, you get what you pay for, and this hotel was affordable. We just needed a nice place to sleep while we spent the day out on the slopes. Thank you for your budget-friendly accommodations.

I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very spacious and clean. Lots of outlets and USB charging stations in a great area! I didn't have to unplug a lamp or move furniture looking for a place to charge my phone. The sauna being open 24 hours is a huge plus.

Cons?
1- Very noisy, you could (almost) hear people outside the room whispering. This hotel is pet friendly, meaning that if you want to sleep quietly, you will either love a symphony of dogs barking or use earplugs …
2- The property uses a pleasant smelling aromatizer…(to cover pet smells, i presume) perhaps too much? Enough to cause allergies …

I'm very sensitive to mold in buildings; even thought this was an older hotel, it's been recently renovated and was ok to stay at compared to most older hotels I have stayed at and not felt well (though I would still feel better at a newer place). It was a bit loud in the hallways on the weekend because of families staying there but this isn't a reflection on the hotel. The beds are very high, so if you have trouble getting up and down, I would recommend a handicap room. Convenient that it's located next to the highway.

The hotel was very clean with amenities such as fitness room, spa and sauna, all of which was clean and in working order. The location is close to a variety of fast food and dine-in restaurants and entertainment. We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Elev8.

I recommend this hotel. It's been updated. It was annoying when I went to check out and they were deep cleaning the lobby floor. I couldn’t get coffee or check out properly. The clerk did what he could, but it seemed like bad timimg for them to be cleaning the floor. Why not wait until after check out--or even just clean half the floor so guests have room to walk. And then clean the other half lafyer checkout? Otherwise, my stay was fine.
