這趟歐洲之行住了七家酒店，這是其中一家四星酒店。除了地理位置優越外，其他方面真的很一般，尤其是在清潔方面需要改進。新毛巾上有之前客人的頭髮，房間的暖氣控制壞了，加上其他衛生問題，我要求換房，第二天反映後，酒店答應幫我從一樓換到二樓。
早餐宣稱是七點開始，但七點時很多食物都沒有準備好。工作人員匆忙忙碌，一邊招待準時出現用餐的客人，一邊還要把食物擺出來。住了四天三夜，第二天早上我看到餐廳的員工沒有戴手套，直接用手抓起上一位客人未吃的麵包，隨手丟進架子上的麵包籃裡。看到這一幕，我對這家四星酒店的員工訓練和衛生標準感到非常失望。接下來的早餐我也不想再吃麵包了，擔心會吃到上一位客人未吃完又放回麵包籃裡的麵包。🤮🤢

7600元兩晚的酒店，第一次給了我們一個非常差的房間，比一般的旅館都差。
換到了沿街房間，衞生間又特別小。
第一天晚上旁邊的廣場敲鼓音樂會到半夜，隔音很差，完全無法入睡。出門在外，第二天搞得非常疲勞。
攜程金鑽客户，第一次參與評價。
差評，勸退。

Un très bon emplacement, et un personnel vraiment agréable.
Par contre les services de l'hôtel sont très limités pour un 4 étoiles (juste une salle de petit-déjeuner, rien d'autre).
Les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes et la rue très animée !
