Beautiful room, very clean, large bathroom. Large room with king bed. Close to airport tram ( T2, Unita) and convenient walk to Duomo, downtown and river. Breakfast was LARGE croissant and coffee. The lady who is receptionist and manager is an absolute delight, so friendly and helpful. Very good value (friends had a tiny room at nearby Globus Urban for twice the rate). We would stay there again. If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we definitely would.

The room setting was very beautiful and unique. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. The location is close to all necessary amenities and it is only 6 minutes away by foot from the Duomo. We had a slight issue as there were a few mosquitos in the room but we bought a gadget against insects and it was fine.

In the city center, 1km away from 24h carpark & raillway station, hostal landlady, room accessible 24h/7, clean, good furniture, roomy bath which could have more storage shelves with shower for two. On the street is usual Italian bustle, but quiet at night. Many good not too expensive small italian restaurants. Warmly recommended place. We are going to return in the near future.

Fantastic location to walk to all the key sites in Florence. The room and hotel are beautifully restored. The host was just lovely and helpful. Free use of umbrellas and early check in were nice touches, as were the restaurants and laundromat right next door! Thank you from the Australians!

Very elegant and quaint. During our stay I believe only one of the other rooms on our floor was occupied for 1 evening and otherwise we had the floor to ourselves. We were concerned with the private bath being located down the hall, but this turned out not being an issue. Florence was much smaller than Rome and all the sites were a short walk from Katti House, even the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect! The B&B is operated by a small team so you need to let them know your ETA in order to get checked in without having to wait. The rooms were very clean and decorated very charming. Good value for money. We’d definitely come back here. Good to know, there is no elevator. The central location does come with the side effect of street noice late at night. This didn’t disturb us at all but if you are looking for a very quiet place you might want to consider other options.
