Loved my stay! The hotel consists of a handful of rooms on the fourth floor (so be prepared for a hike!). The room I stayed in was modern and clean, with a nice view of a main shopping street (and slight peak of the duomo). Area is safe and secure and PIN code access is needed for both the door at street level and the hotel floor itself. Had a great stay and would recommend again.

It was 75 plus stairs to the office and I am 76 years old. I just about died carrying my luggage up the stairs.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights while visiting Florence. It is in a great location close to the train station and walking distance to most of the attractions. Like the other reviewers said, this place on on the 4th floor of a building and there are many steps to get up. My room was simple, clean, and consisted of a private disconnected bathroom. Don't leave the windows open at night or you will get mosquitos in your room. Overall, this place was fine for the price as I was never in the room anyways. If I was traveling with a significant other, I would get something a little nicer.

This was a fine, functional, adequate, clean facility, quite walkable from the train station and quite walkable to all of the city-center museums, galleries, etc. Excellent location. Beware, though, there is no elevator and the hotel is up a lot of windy twisty stairs! Do not select this hotel if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it was a fine option.

Very clean and modern rooms - super close to great restaurants, coffee shops and steps from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the train station! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence! The staff is super friendly, helpful and approachable which was great. Only negative about this hotel is the number of steps - I think my wife counted around 70 to 74 steps to get to the hotel floor. There are no elevators unfortunately - no biggie if you are young like us and pack light but might be tough for older individuals with kids and/or heavy luggage.

It was an amazingly great location, but I’m too old and fat for no elevator. It was located so perfectly, we would still stay here when back in Florence.

BEWARE: you need to climb 78 steps of stairs to get to the hotel. If you have big luggage, take that into consideration. The room is as pictured or maybe slightly better. It comes with a mini fridge, and they even gave me a bottle of water to start my stay. I had a room with a private bathroom, but my private bathroom is a few doors down, so it is not as convenient. You need to pay for city tax in cash as well. Other than that, I have no complaints.
