Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was par for hotel food. Hotel area is good, felt safe. Inside lobby, dining area and room were exceptionally clean.
My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room. It had a timer that ticks constantly and loudly. When the unit was off, all you could hear was the ticking and I am a light sleeper. When the unit came on, it sounded like someone was trying to break in the room because of the sounds the frig materials made due to changes in temperature. I had to turn the a/c fan to ON just to create some ambient noise to drown out the noisy frig.

Had a good experience on a previous stay. Less so on this occasion. Hotel never responded in ＞5 days to messaging through *******. Had to call hotel four times before getting an answer at 10pm. Despite less than 30 cars in the parking lot, would not honor request for a floor on the upper level. Tub was dirty & carpet stained. Beds are comfy. Linens are clean. Facility is relatively quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly, even if somewhat difficult to reach either prior to or during the stay.

The room was clean and well-equipped with 2 beds, sofa bed, microwave, and refrigerator. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Everything went well. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Location was convenient and close to plenty of food and shopping facilities. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable.
