Nice staff and clean room

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel, The staff made checkin and check out very easy and processes or cancelation and refund with no problems what so ever.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. My cigarettes were missing out of my room when I got back from my meeting. The young lady at the desk when I check out only gave me $20 back on my deposit because she said that I kept the luggage dolly in my room for 3 hours. There are cigarette Burns in the comforter no cold water the bathroom was filthy and a broken leg on the desk table. I paid $168 a night plus a deposit of $100 and I had booked a hotel for two nights. I'm very angry that I had found that on the website. It should be taken off of your website and people should not be convinced to book a stay there at all. I even had to call the police about my deposit and he said it was a civil matter. Please remove Sky Hotel from the listings

It is a beautiful hotel in the center of fort myers. I recommend it

Everything in the hotel, in the elevator and the room was broken. There were holes in the walls, mold on the lamps and door frames, cockroaches running around the room, burn holes in the bedspread and blood stains in the sheets. The furniture was broken. It was too dirty to put your stuff down. The room door did not close properly. There was a lot of noise from outside. Many shady figures hung around in the parking lots in front of and behind the hotel. The photos make it seem like breakfast is served, but the breakfast room is closed and there is a note stating that there is no breakfast. The facilities say that there is a business space, but that is just a desk in the small lobby against the wall. The WiFi was very poor, little range and very slow. I had to pay a $100 deposit, but I'm really wondering what for. Everything was already broken. The hotel photos are misleading. This hotel should not be offered! I have never experienced anything so bad and dirty.

It's a short walk from a 24 hour convenient store and a beautiful cycling trail. You may have some noisy neighbors so just be sure to bring some loud rain sounds or something to sleep to. They don't clean the rooms daily so if you need anything, just ask. Pool was closed. I went to visit my son and enjoy the weather though so I just needed a place to sleep and it's fine for that.

I killed two roaches. Had to go to Wal Mart to buy new bedding due to blood stained sheets. Bought Bathroom cleaner w/bleach to clean room. Think they are gonna bill me for the dirty towel I used to clean with? I should have pitched a tent in the back of my truck.

Pictures online are not current, looks like the hotel was closed for a while and they re opened with a lot of issues. beds with bed bugs, tv not working, walls not finished, holes in walls, no bulbs, fridge barely working, the worst experience ive ever had
