優點:
1.很安靜，本來準備了耳塞怕吵，結果用不上
2.很乾凈，不知道是因為新裝修還是因為維護的好，不止沒灰，也沒有水垢黴點之類的
3.交通方便，很多人喜歡住清暉園那邊，但因為我最後要回白雲機場的，這邊有個機場專線，對我來説住這返程時比較方便。坐車到清暉園15分鐘，漁人碼頭12分鐘，順峯山10分鐘
缺點:
1.無法開窗通風，沒安紗窗，開窗會招蚊蟲
2.熱水器太燙，這家水籠頭很奇怪，不能往熱水方向偏一丁點，甚至得往冷水偏温度才合適，第一次用時沒經驗，燙的我尖叫縮手，建議老闆可以在淋浴處貼個標語提醒下客人，不然挺危險的，萬一有憨憨不試水温，直接站上去容易燙着
總得來説性價比不錯，住的很開心

老闆客氣有禮，我們住了2天，每天有打掃服務，該有的都有，衞生間也很乾凈，位置也好，打車去周圍都很方便，下次來順德我還要住這家。

設施：裝修很新，簡約時尚大方
衞生：乾淨整潔，地面一塵不染，床褥被套非常乾淨
環境：小區內，很安靜，旁邊就是商業綜合體，看電影、購物、吃東西非常方便，若步行五分鐘就是另外一個商業街（嘉信廣場），好多吃的哈哈，嘉信廣場旁十字路口就是一條河，碧波蕩漾環境優美，飯後河邊散步很愜意，步行幾分鐘就是金逸IMAX影城，同時又是一個商業綜合體，可以説，三個商業綜合體連城一片了，真心方便
服務：老闆服務態度超級無敵好
價格：這麼好的公寓打着燈籠才能找到，但是價格卻非常優惠，我的天啊，性價比太高了
同時，從榮桂高鐵站打車過來十幾分鍾，又快又便宜，離景區清暉園很近，的士便宜，打車很快就到。這是我住過的最好的民宿之一，很喜歡這樣的公寓，下次來一定再次光臨！

房間很好，床很舒服，一看就是才裝修沒多久的，浴室設計比較好，很值得借鑒，過年期間，老闆還很貼心的準備了小禮物，真的很不錯，這裏去哪裡都方便，過年也很好叫車🚗

很好的入住體驗，是國慶假期裏面我們行程中住的服務最好的，性價比最高的酒店，酒店非常新，溜娃出行衝著離史努比樂園近訂的，入住當晚趕路堵車，老闆等到半夜十二點多還指導我們停車幫我們拿行李帶我們到房間，真的太熱心了，祝老闆生意興隆，有機會過來玩還會入住的。
