The room was incredibly spacious, complete with storybooks and toys. The bathroom was also very generously sized, featuring a large bathtub that even came with bath toys – our kids absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a children's playroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent too. While it offers excellent value for money, it's definitely more suited for guests with their own transport.

Big kudos to the hotel's location! It's right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping streets. This saved us a ton of travel time during the National Day holiday. After exploring the night market, it was just a few minutes' walk back to the hotel, which felt very safe. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, and they offer intangible cultural heritage experiences like paper cutting and Wing Chun performances, which really enhanced our stay. The view from our room window overlooking Qiandeng Lake was absolutely beautiful. For tourists, this location is truly unbeatable! The service was also top-notch; Icy gave me a welcome call, and Andy followed up on my check-in experience. Very good!

The environment is very pleasant, and the hotel is quite new. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service was also very attentive and thoughtful. My only minor complaint is that food deliveries need to be picked up from downstairs; it would be a huge plus if they could be brought directly to the room. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I'd say it's well-suited for business travelers or short visits.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with plenty of variety at the buffet breakfast. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. However, I had mixed feelings about my experience. The night-shift receptionist was not particularly welcoming, and during breakfast the Sales Managers/Directors were constantly roaming around the dining area. Over the course of four days, I received four different business cards from the Sales department. While they did ask about my stay and whether our company might be interested in opening an account with the hotel, I provided my feedback on both occasions but have yet to receive any follow-up or a contract for a corporate rate.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Ancestral Temple. Upon check-in, the front desk staff offered hot tea, which was a welcome relief in the scorching heat of the October Golden Week – perfect timing! Every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us warmly. The hotel offers self-service laundry, but as we were tired from a day of sightseeing and wanted to rest early, I asked the front desk if they provided laundry service. To my surprise, they confirmed they did, and the washed clothes were hung on our doorknob by the next morning. The hotel kitchen also helped us heat up some takeout food. One evening, returning to the hotel, the doorman saw me taking photos of the hotel entrance and kindly offered to take a group photo for us. Later, after checking out, I left an item in the lobby, and the staff helped locate it and arranged for a delivery service to return it. The service truly exceeded our expectations. Now, regarding the facilities, the hotel's decor is very new, with no lingering renovation smells. The room itself was standard; not large, but not cramped either. The luggage rack was a bit small, making it impossible to fully open two small suitcases at once. The vanity was located in the middle of the room, meaning brushing teeth would inevitably disturb a sleeping companion. The toilet flush was excessively loud; a quieter model would probably better suit Atour's brand image, wouldn't it? Additionally, the function buttons on the side of the toilet were only marked with symbols, leaving guests confused and needing to test each one to understand its purpose. Room soundproofing wasn't great; we could hear neighbors showering and using the toilet. As the hotel is built above a subway station, there was a faint rumble when trains passed, which affected sleep around 6-7 AM but was barely noticeable during the day. Also, regarding the ramp at the hotel entrance, I'm not sure if it's solely for luggage, but if it's meant to be an accessible ramp, the incline is quite steep, and wheelchair users might not be able to ascend it independently. The bedding is characteristic of Atour, with many reviews online, so I won't elaborate further. Overall, my stay at Atour was satisfactory. The minor drawbacks were related to the hardware facilities, but the staff were all excellent!

The hotel is located directly opposite Foshan Uni Park. It's just across the road, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the bed is very soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. Facilities: As a five-star Hilton hotel, the room amenities are also five-star. However, it lacks smart home features. The hotel does have a laundry room for guests and a gym for workouts. There's a restaurant next to the hotel where you can enjoy dim sum for breakfast or other meals. Downstairs, there's a small shop to grab snacks and drinks. However, there isn't a convenience store right next to the hotel, and very few other dining options nearby. This can be inconvenient if Uni Park isn't open in the morning. The hotel isn't too far from Qiandeng Lake and is accessible by public transport. The room price isn't too high, so it still offers excellent value for money.

Overall, the experience was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. What I liked: • Location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station and close to local eateries. • The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. • Staff were courteous and tried to help whenever I had questions. • Wi-Fi was free and fairly stable throughout the stay.

A wonderful stay at a great hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic amenity, and the breakfast was yummy. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, bright, and receive plenty of natural light. They are quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The bathrooms are also notably larger than those found in most standard hotels. A special shout-out goes to the front desk staff, especially the lady who was incredibly pleasant and provided exceptional service!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is walking distance to the Qiandeng Lake Park area and short car ride to nearby metro stations. Although we booked a non-smoking room / floor, one day when we returned to our room there was a strong smoke odor in the hallway and our room. This was apparently due to other guests who smoked and opened their door. When we reported it to the front desk, they sent the cleaning staff to help spray and adjust the air conditioning in our room. Later some fruit was gifted for the inconvenience.
