The hotel is nice, new and clean, but unfortunately has no shuttle bus. However you can get there by public bus 61, just exit at the next bus stop.

Clean big rooms. We are a family of four with comfortable sofa bed can sleep two easily. Clean gym for workout. Just the carpark at 25 euro overnight is a bit pricey. Also not exactly walkable to airport. Need to take a 8 min taxi drive to get fro airport

The staff are friendly, the check in and out process is smooth. And the room is quite spacious. The hotel also provide luggage storage services. The location also superb.

Nice hotel, but our TV didn’t work at all. They didn’t fix it or give us a comp or anything. You can’t eat at the restaurant unless you book far in advance. And they don’t tell you have to pay 25E per day to park! For what I paid, I wouldn’t stay again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is in a very good location with the subway station right next to the hotel and the airport just one stop away which makes it convenient to get to and from the airport if you don’t have a lot of luggage. I understand previously there was a shuttle service maybe they can resume it for guest with luggage

Room excellent, however breakfast wasn't. If you prefer a cooked one it was room temperature. It's pre cooked and left in container tureen unheated at least they were when we were there. Hotel resturant decent and served more or less pub grub, ok if you like that.

I simply love the locations. Super near to the train station and the there’s simple groceries store nearby. Best is train down to main station is super near. They serve excellent breakfast!

Parking charges would be the most reasonable out of the many hotels around the area, room was definitely decent and better than expected.

The hotel is in a great location! There is a subway station behind it. You can take the subway from Frankfurt Airport T1 for one stop. You can also take the free bus from T1 to T2 and then walk 1.5 kilometers. The hotel is relatively new and the staff is very service-oriented! The room is clean and tidy! It only takes 20 minutes to get to downtown from the hotel by subway. It is 4 subway stops.
