The hygiene condition was very poor. Hair and paper shreds were found in the room and near the mattress. Except for the location near Tenjin Minami Station, I don't think it's good. The self-service price is expensive and not worth it at all. I won’t order again next time.

The location is a bit confusing because there is another ZONK just around the corner, it is also called Haruyoshi. It took me some time to figure out I went to the wrong ZONK.
The staff at the front desk seems not good at English, I asked for a free parking lot, but staff keep asking me for my passport (he thought I wanted to check in…)

Three women used it, and it was close to a convenience store and the bed was twin, so we rested well without any inconvenience.
The price was cheap and the bathroom was clean and nice.
It was nice to have everything including shampoo and conditioner, a TV, and a table. The space wasn't too small, so I had no problem spreading out all my suitcases and organizing my luggage!
There are no windows, so there is no ventilation and it is dry.

The stairs to the bed were narrow and I hurt my shin. Check-in was easy, but the electronic lock at the entrance didn't respond well. There were loud voices in the hallway. There was a darts bar on the second floor, so the clatter was loud. I felt the price was a bit high. It's free and the location is great.
