Despite i booked in Trip.com for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12), which i showed to the hotel staff, they insist that i only booked for 3 and they insist to charge me extra 1 kid for 4,500 yen, needless to say i paid 5,000 and walk off as i am not sure whether it was trip.com was a scam or the hotel staff are beggars trying to earn extra DESPITE ishowed them many times my booking was 2+2. I booked a room for RM524 and they insisted i pay extra like robbers / beggars additional RM150 (the additional 5,000 yen i paid and walk off) whick make my total payment RM674. I hope there is some compensationto me from trip.com for their failure to deal with the hotel or unless the hotel staff are bunch of scam. SO, BEWARE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO FORK OUT ADDITIONAL from these bunch of scams from the hotel and not what was agreed with the booking via trip.com

Minutes from JR, it was the best hotel i stayed during my trip. The night ramen was something that I looked forward to. The onsen was great. The queue to the private onsen could have done with some system to track the timing. The breakfast is very good. Japan hospitality at one of its best.

this hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. And don't even get me started on the food! The hotel restaurant serves the most delicious and authentic breakfast that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel that will make your stay truly unforgettable!

the breakfast is probably the best for the price range

Hotel with onsen, both public and private. Room with mountain view. Free massage chairs in common room and there is a lot of comic books for you to read.

1 of the hotels with remarkable facilities, amenities provided based on the amount that you're paying for. The public bath onsen was spectacular, having the hot bath out in the rooftop, whilst having the -20degrees weather in furano, was just an amazing experience. Other wise having 3 separate beautiful private onsen baths was really nice! They were detailed in their design which enhances customer experiences too! Other than having too many customers flooding their front counter and dining area, their free food, snacks, and lounge area with even massage chairs was so good! Their hotel was also in-between some of the best foods around the area 🫰 1 thing to take note whilst living in furano is the bus and train timings though. For travelers looking to check out and check in from there, do remember to check your timings beforehand, as the gap between 1 train to another could take as long as 3 hours. Missed our domestic flight cause of that and had to pay another flight to travel.

Amazing breakfast, comfortable beds. Rooms are small for a country side hotel, but decent. Hotel offers 3 different private bath and that’s a plus.

I love it, there are 3 private Onsen for people who want to get privacy and have complimentary soba on 10pm. You will get nice Furano view!

Wonderful experience! Hot springs are fabulous. You can go into the private hot spring and won’t need to reserve however you might need to wait a bit in peak hours.

Very surprising good hotel. Having private hot spring room, and having noodle as late dinner. Room is clean and facilities are new.

I enjoyed my stay at La Vista Furano which provided good service, very decent room, complimentary and nice onsen (though not genuine hot spring water), free late night ramen, free car park, etc. we chose the eco package (no cleaning service) and it was a short stay of 3 nights only. They provided new towels every day as long as we put the used towels outside of the room at specific time every day. The only thing was they didn’t replenish the rubbish bin bag after we put the rubbish outside the room. They also didn’t replenish the bottled water daily. Hope that can be improved.
