The location of this hotel is okay, the breakfast is okay, and the hygiene is okay, but the cleaning is a bit unprofessional. We paid a deposit of 300, which is understandable. When we check out, maybe we are out of town! They said that we had colored three towels. When we rushed to the hotel, the front desk clerk said that the two towels had been washed away and one was colored. I was confused and asked everyone to see what color the towels were. The front desk said that they would wait for them to color the towels. After washing, the deposit will be refunded. I think it’s better to let them deduct the cost of a towel, or else? Let everyone see if this towel has any color?

This is my second time staying in a hotel for a year. Of course, the facilities are great. The sheets and quilts are changed every time. The environment is elegant, the service is warm, and the breakfast is delicious. I will recommend it to my friends.

這家酒店的位置便利，每一個服務人員都面帶微笑，細緻周到，而且熱情友善，讓人倍感舒適，酒店環境非常不錯，設施很齊全，據説這家酒店已經開業十年 但確實沒有看出太多歲月的痕跡 十年能將環境保持如此的好 足以説明管理到位 不論是服務品質還是衞生細節，都非常到位，無可挑剔 ，給人留下非常深刻的印象。這座小城能有這樣一家用心經營的酒店確實讓人意外 衹要再有機會來阜新 凱文一定是首選！真心不錯[強]

最大的感受是服務禮貌熱情，服務員訓練有素。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，早餐吃的很好，種類樣式很多，我們是接近用餐結束時間才去的，但是食物也很充足，想吃什麼都有，下次還會選擇入住！

五一假期從丹東去阜新旅行入住凱文酒店定的是三人間每間200多點，總體感覺還是不錯的性價比較高，特別是酒店的服務態度令人感覺很舒服，酒店有停車位停車方便，酒店位於阜新南站附近位置好吃飯也方便，推薦入住。
