説實話，房東真的很用，衞生也非常乾淨，所問必答，最主要是樓下全是小攤根本餓不着，房間特別乾淨，而且超級方便，基本要求房中全做的，説實話，第一次覺得民宿這麼舒服的，感謝老闆，真的有一種回家的感覺

再次入住這家民宿。黃金一樣的整潔乾淨。廚房一塵不染！衞生間乾淨利落。值得一提的是，我發現淋浴房由原來的浴簾換成了鋼化玻璃，這個好。再次選擇這家民宿，其實最重要的原因是，性價比高。房間乾淨。特別是床特別的柔軟舒服！睡的好！強烈推薦給大家。

房子位於福州南站附近確實很方便，周邊也有配套的商圈。但是，感覺實際入住後，還是覺得這個價格偏高了。衞生間的環境稍微有些差強人意，睡覺被子有些殘留的煙味，體驗感上就會略打折扣。

導航做的很精準，很快就找到了！在小區大門有個熱心的大媽，還幫我們開了門。房間很乾凈，明亮，也很温馨，客廳我們6個人坐也不擁擠。民宿小區西門就有臚雷地鐵站，地面就是福州南站，出行特方便。阿姨還幫我們送門禁卡！五星好評！

離福州南站很近，步行不到十分鐘。離地鐵站在附近，很方便遊玩！房東很乾凈，住的很舒服！百寸投影，追劇超爽！外賣可以送到房間門口，樓下還有小吃，吃也方便！
