Good and consistent quality hotel brand. Comfortable bed and near major tourist site. Will recommend for a stay in Fuzhou. Will be better if guest are able to buy the display merchandise in lobby via reception rather than over online shopping.

I really like the tea aroma of their hotel. The service is also very good. The environment is very clean and comfortable. The robot is very cute and thoughtful. It delivered my takeaway order. Moreover, it talked to itself and was a little chatterbox. Hahaha, so cute.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, including a gym and a laundry room with washing and drying facilities – all in one place!
Cleanliness: Very clean. Staying at a Huazhuhui hotel is reassuring and comfortable. This Four Seasons hotel was a very comfortable and relaxing experience!
Environment: The location is excellent, as shown in the picture, close to Daming Food Street and Sanfang Qixiang. It's also not far from Fudao and Yantaishan Park, making Didi and taxi services very convenient!
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and proactive, and they promptly resolved minor issues for us (such as providing water and cotton swabs).

Cleanliness: Not cleaned properly.
Facilities: The air conditioning wasn't cooling enough. Even at 16 degrees Celsius, it still didn't cool. There were also issues with the air conditioning, where it would stop blowing after 1-2 hours and I had to manually restart it. I had sex with it multiple times in the same night, getting in and out of bed.
