Arrived early as had to b at race course for 12.30 taught there would b a room just to change in was told to go to leisure centre omg no cubicles the water was dripping out of me and I suffer with my breathing and COPD my clothes got wet from the floor my husband was the same in the men's I told girl on reception the way I was and she could see the sweat running off me she did say sorry I can see the way you r anyway got bk after race and checked in to b asked for my payment now I was about to take my card out then I rememberd I had paid it which I replied I paid when I booked it the chap said sorry as they have new partners and I paid through them surely it has paid on it then asked to book for breakfast now most hotels say breakfast served till what ever time no booking as your there to relax not have a certain time to b there so we where told the time we said was booked up had to do later time 10.45 and check out is 11 am at breakfast I asked the lady any chance I could have a poched egg she looked at young lad beside her and straight away he said NO now this is a hotel with chefs and it doesn't take 5 mins to do a poched egg 😭 when checking out the girl said did you enjoy your stay I said well it was just ok she replied ahh that's great bye now not what was wrong r sorry to hear that overall the best thing about my stay was bed was comfortable
