10月1日當天上午10點打電話問可不可以提前入住，説已經滿房都沒有退出來。前台姑娘答應補償兩張早餐券。下午兩點我到店的時候還是沒有房間，先打掃，等了大約半個小時，早餐券的事情也拋諸腦後了。

出差入住就住了灰鯨智能酒店，酒店前台服務好，房間智能語音小度。周邊有加油站，離着商貿城很近。適合出差客人入住。值得推薦入住！

首先我訂的也不便宜200多訂了一間房，到店之後投影一直不行，打電話給前台 説一會給回過電話 就秉持着 可能人家忙 就沒在打了 晚上七點半打電話給前台 説投影用不了，前台説等會讓維修師傅上樓看一下，我説好 然後就出去吃飯了 回來之後看投影根本沒修 又繼續打電話給前台 前台説 就她自己 維修師傅下班了！也不知道真的假的 一個智能連鎖酒店 晚上連個值班的客房阿姨或者大叔都沒有嗎？真的很垃圾！這200花的真的很不值 入住體驗真的很差！！！
