일반 오피스텔을 호텔로 사용하는듯 합니다. 일반 오피스텔 상주자 위주의 복합 주상건물입니다. 그러하여 퇴근시간대 방문하면 주차는 매우 불편합니다. 프론트에 인원이 없어 기다렸습니다.

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 주변에 음식점도 많고 자로 앞에 대우조선있어 식당이 많이 발달한거 같았어요! 주변 천따라 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션도 오피스텔처럼 좋았네요

Suv는 주차하기 힘들어요. 세단은 기계식 주차장을 쓰니까 괜찮아요. 룸공간은 모텔에 비해 작은편. 비데 없고 비누, 빗, 치약, 면도기, 면봉 등 소소한 세면도구는 없어서 비즈니스용으로는 불편할 수 있어요. 시설은 밝고 깨끗.
