Premier Inn Gosport

The staff at this premier inn were really friendly and greeted us warmly every morning for breakfast! The place itself was very standard for a premier inn, the room was clean yet basic but had everything we needed for our stay. We chose this hotel as the location was near to family members that we were visiting, but it wasn’t really near anything else of note apart from some shops across the road and a pub next door so may not be a good choice if you were visiting for a holiday. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was great value for my money. Staff are always polite and helpful. My room is always very clean.

This hotel may be looking a little 'tired ' on the outside, but as far as Premier Inn's go this has been the best we've stayed in so far. It is conveniently located in Gosport, and we picked this one for the price, visiting the nearby Explosion museum, as a returning visitor, and visiting family. The beach is also only a short drive away. There are shops nearby so you can buy your drinks etc, and restaurants for evening meals.The room was clean and comfortable, and in the morning our swimming-mad kids went for a swim at the leisure centre on the other side of the car park. Despite the hotel's location next to an ice rink and leisure centre, parking was surprisingly easy and free. After this we had a hearty breakfast, where kids eat free with a paid adult meal. I would stay here again if required.

Arrived for a weekend break, and was really happy with the service from the start. Staff were really nice, the family room was airy and pleasant. Everything worked even the aircon. The breakfast was also very good, considering they only have a fairly small kitchen the Chef did a fantastic job, so hats off to him.

Charged for early arrival at 2.58pm although I’d driven a long journey for family funeral Staff abrupt and poor communication Didn’t get told I was being charged for early arrival just added it to my bill,when I asked they said I was 2 minutes early so my own fault! The list could go on

Staff in Gosport a few times a year while visiting family and you can’t beat it, the staff are incredibly friendly, the manager delivers great banter and it’s just so nice to feel welcome every time I stay, breakfast is always consistent and fresh 👌🏼

Fantastic hotel and service! This really is a fabulous team. Reception were helpful throughout our stay and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing cooked by Lee. Will be back in the summer.

On arrival we could see lots of men in white shirts and uniforms, many were drunk and they were fairly loud. We were on the second floor. We got in and turned the a/c, as.it it was warm. My son went to the loo and got into bed. When I went into the bathroom I was shocked as the bathroom had not been cleaned. The bath had green marks and hair in it. There was dirt around the sink and dark hairs on the loo. Knew they were not ours as we are light haired. As my son was in bed, I just cleaned it and went to bed. Sleep was a struggle with the party upstairs and the a/c continually turning off. We had been asked at check in to book for breakfast, we booked for 8am. On arrival to the 40 seater breakfast area in the foyer we could see it was extremely busy. Staff said they had 150 people in today, they asked us to sit near the desk. After around 20 mins we got a table, which was in line with the main enterance door. This was rather chilly. The food area was very small land the two staff members out front were running around and constantly trying to fill everything up and deal with customers.
