Good stay

Many pictures of the hotel are fake, not of the hotel itself, but of the surrounding environment, and the hotel is relatively old, the shower in the shower room is broken, and the TV cannot be turned on. There is a fee for all facilities, including the swimming pool, and the fee is very expensive, and the parking lot is also charged, which is also very expensive! Something feels wrong!

Adequate and varied breakfast. Dimly lit room. Wifi very slow. Impossible to navigate properly on any device. Abusive price for coinciding with a Coldplay concert.

The room is too small. The curtains are gone. It doesn't matter to people who don't pay attention to room size, but want to feel better, then they will be disappointed.

After we got another room because of the lack of a remote control, we couldn't open a window here either. We couldn't open the curtains either, so we were darkened for the time we spent in the room. The service at the front desk was super friendly though

A truly nice hotel to stay when in Gothenburg. As other guests have noted the breakfast was very good indeed also including juice that was not from concentrat. Riverton is fairly new but the provided room was a bit worn down plus some quality checks between guests had been omitted. All in all Riverton in Gothenburg is very recommendable but with room for improvement.

Dålig service och krånglig incheckning och strul med laddning av elbil. oljud på natten. Inte så rent och fräscht tyvärr.

Rooms were of a good standard; very friendly staff; the breakfast was very good. We finished each day at the Riverton View Skybar & Restaurant; excellent views and a good selection of drinks. The hotel is well located, with many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. There is inside parking available (need to book & pay in advance). Would recommend this hotel happily.

Second time I was in this hotel and this experinece eas so bad compared to the first one. My room was misaing a showerr door, clothing hook fell off the wal, huge draft from window and one of the lights didnt go off in any way. Staff was rude, maybe becayse of ny looks. I had rastahair and it seemwb to affect. When I had my hood on they were nicer.

Very comfortable & convenient for a city break. If I was to nit pick we found the bathroom a little small and missed not having a usb port. Lovely included breakfast and great views from the sky bar. With so much going on in Gothenburg I unfortunately missed trying out their spa.

I stayed one night in room 319. Hotel and breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. Only problem was room 319 which had bad WiFi connection. And the room is situated just above the loading area so you get a wake-up call at 06.00 when the morning delivery comes.

Very comfy hotel, room are well set up (dryer, iron, TV, minibar, complimentary food). Bed was comfortable with a set of pillows of various softness, super comfortable and appreciatable.
