Property is literally part of the downtown landscape. Parking is located behind the building, walking distance to everything in downtown.

All went well until today. Out of the blue I was charged another 11.48!! My credit card was charged the agreed upon amount already. Then later this. No mention of charges for parking on their ********** page so I chose them. Hidden fee apparently! Not impressed.

I picked this hotel because within a 4 block radius you had a choice of a variety of resturarants.

I am never happy with hidden fees. Parking fee was not mentioned clearly in online registration. Location of parking in relationship to room was also a factor - combine the two and I felt that the customer was not being treated as fairly as they should have been.
