Very good service and clean room. plus the parking was cheaper compared to other hotels.

2x we had to go to reception despite the badge being read in at check-in so that we could open our room. Hotel multi-storey car park with 12 Francs/N quite expensive. In contrast, the breakfast was 12 Fr. rel. cheap and good. When booking a budget hotel, you have to accept the service and atmosphere of a youth hostel.

Upon entering the room it was dirty and with objects that were not mine. The half-clean bathroom. I notified the reception, they replaced the toilet paper but the floor remained dirty. I asked to speak to the person in charge and they told me that it was not possible, that he was on vacation. They don't care about my complaint. I'm surprised this happens in Switzerland!

Great hotel for one night. Was with my father. Had the double room for sole use. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. And surprisingly quiet. Very good windows. Breakfast in the Ibis over there was appealing including egg dishes, various breads, good coffee. Everything was better than expected.

Room is clean but very small for a family. Breakfast is fine. The team is friendly and it is a convenient hotel if you are passing through. This was our first time that we ended up in an Ibis budget and, also because a regular Ibis is almost as expensive, we were disappointed with the room. You can just walk around the beds, but you can barely fit your suitcases. Adequate hotel but that's all.

Late arrival and receptionists not very friendly and helpful. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room despite the smoking ban. In addition, the smoke detectors were blocked with toilet paper. However, the receptionist the next morning was responsive and made a small gesture. Good bedding and good bathroom cleanliness.

Good bedding. Clean room and common areas. Breakfast a little light but good. Friendly staff. Please note that parking is chargeable. Close to city center by car Good value for money

Personnel d’accueil peu aimable, pas arrangeant ne proposant pas de solutions aux problèmes rencontrés et faisant preuve de peu d’intelligence. Très mauvaise communication entre eux. Chambre propre mise à part sous le lit où il y avait une montagne de poussière. Salle de bain propre. Déjeuner sous forme de buffet correct. Si vous cherchez quelque chose de pratique cet hôtel peut correspondre pour une nuit mais c’est tout je ne recommande pas pour y passer un séjour.
