Eigentlich schöne Zimmer, aber … Wer Dreck und Müll unter dem Bett liebt, wer gerne einen vollen Badmülleimer bei der Ankunft vorfindet, wer ein verdrecktes Bad mag und auch keine Toilettenspülung benötigt und dafür 300 Euro ausgeben möchte, dem ist das Hotel gerne zu empfehlen. Haben den Chef des Hauses darauf angesprochen, es interessiert ihn jedoch nicht.

Die Preise in diesem Hotel sind eine absolute Frechheit, die Zimmer sind ok, das Frühstück ist ein Witz und der Chef ist unverschämt und zockt seine Gäste ab. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer für eine Nacht mit Frühstück und habe 110,00 Euro hingelegt … Wohl gemerkt ohne Rechnung und mit dem Hinweis des Chefs dass es sich hier um einen Sonderpreis handelt, da ja Messe in Düsseldorf wäre

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind eigentlich gut eingerichtet und sauber, aber kein Toilettenpapier im Bad und die Nachttischlampen waren beide defekt. Haben wir aber leider erst in der Nacht gemerkt. Der „Chef“ ist allerdings unmöglich! Schon bei der Anreise am Samstag Mittag war kein Check-In möglich, da niemand im Hotel anwesend war. Angerufen: „Habe einen Termin in Neuss“. Ok kann passieren. Er kam dann nach 20 Minuten und vermittelte einem das Gefühl man müsste jetzt auch noch dankbar sein, dass er überhaupt gekommen sei. Frühstücken wäre am Sonntag erst ab 8.00 Uhr möglich, da er noch Brötchen holen müsste… Ok, kein Problem dann warten wir auf die Brötchen und haben 8.00 Uhr vereinbart. Um 8:20 Uhr wurde dann der Frühstücksraum mal aufgesperrt und es gab wenigstens Kaffee. Darauf angesprochen, dass wir doch 8.00 Uhr gesagt haben wurde der Chef sofort pampig und meinte wir müssten ja nicht wieder kommen und sollten auschecken. Habe ich so auch noch nie erlebt! 1 Stern, da 0 leider nicht geht…
