#房間非常乾淨#價格划算#房間大###服務熱情，離展館近，交通方便，樓下很多吃的，物價感人，吃東西方便，房間整潔乾淨，入住退房快捷，服務態度很好，房間設施齊全，洗衣機，吹風機，一次性洗漱用品，拖鞋，打車幾分鐘可以到展館了，，，或者乘坐公交，便名車，挺方便的，體驗感還是不錯的，推薦！

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，離地鐵站不遠，坐便民車可直達地鐵D口，公寓出去很多小吃，超市就在旁邊，非常方便，服務也很好，因為第二天的車票還沒那麼早跟酒店溝通後給我延遲退房，房間也沒異味，體驗感還是不錯的，值得推薦！

房間乾淨衞生無異味，設備齊全，酒店前台服務態度非常好，就算在海珠區琶洲分店，廣交會時期算是比較平價的酒店選擇。下次還會再來！

我是沒想到啊，進到巷子裏面的時候有點驚呆了。酒店位置，房間樣子，跟照片上看到的，完全不是一碼事。周邊是一條大學附近的小吃街，從早上吵到晚上，應該是餐車還是什麼推過去的聲音，彷彿回到大學時代，早上同學們轟隆隆上下樓梯的場景。去廣交會是蠻方便，但是睡不好是太難受了。

去年出差預訂的這家公寓，今年又來預訂了，經濟實惠，衞生整潔，有大浴缸的房間泡澡太舒服了，緩解出差的疲憊。網速好，主要是外窗多，空氣新鮮。老闆是一羣創業的年輕人，很上進，點贊。再來廣州，衹要是財經大學周邊，就預訂這裏。交通非常方便，周邊的小吃也各具特色。

公寓衞生挺好的，隔音也可以，前台小哥服務很熱情，停車位很多，過來這邊直接找車位停就可以了，到店很前台説一聲，房間透氣，總體來説性價比高，下次出差還來住這邊。
