Rooms are clean, and the staff are really friendly. There is a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. I felt thirsty at night, and there was a vending machine just outside my room, which was convenient. However, I'd encourage you to choose to book rooms with city windows for better fresh airflow.

The hotel was very clean and in the city near the sub way but there's no safe box and wardrobe cabinet in the room to put your belongings or hang it. They also don't provide ironing box. It's very quiet which is really good for me.

Great Stay! Very convinced location, I have 10 days class while I was staying in. Go to the studio at TianHui mansion everyday it was like just 5 mins walk. Full of speedy food everywhere and great restaurants around. Multiple cafes for the morning coffee as well.
Also, the staff are nice, they even deliver breakfast to your room just $2.14 for a morning.
It was quite at night, they provide free bottle water for long stay. The room is spaced for a couple too.
It was great experience overall.
Ideal for solo traveler to stay.

Wide passages. Less than 2 years old.
Clean all around. Reasonable priced budget hotel

Flaws.
Air con wind flap missing. Cannot direct flow of air.
