Getting around is super convenient, as it's right next to the North Gate of Chimelong Safari Park – you can just walk there. The lobby on the first floor offers stroller rentals, complete with rain covers, for 50 a day, and you can return them directly after your visit. It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the Bird Park and the Grand Circus. For dining, there are plenty of food options just across the street. The family room has one large bed and one smaller bed. The large bed can comfortably sleep two children (ages 10+) plus one adult female. Breakfast is also served in the first-floor lobby and is quite extensive, with service ending at 9:30 AM. My first negative review on Trip.com. 1. The hotel's soundproofing is terrible. There's a bar next door, and I was on the fifth floor. Even after a concert, returning to the hotel past midnight, I could still hear deafening noise. I couldn't sleep at night without noise-canceling headphones. 2. The room's cleanliness was subpar; both the floor and bathroom weren't very clean. However, it was a bit better than Ibis, much better than Vienna Hotel, but not as good as the Rezen hotel down the road – though Rezen had a strong new renovation smell. My family of three got bitten all over after just one night, and my child had swollen, large bites for days.
