I booked a king-size bed room with a city view in the Trip.com App. Unexpectedly, when I checked in, the hotel front desk told me that I had booked a room without a window. After verification, I found that the Trip.com App did indeed have city view written in text. But adding a stroke within a very small pattern next to the text caused problems. Appreciate the friendly attitude of the front desk clerk, but condemn the way the Trip.com App was expressed, which must be corrected as soon as possible.

We arrived at about 6pm that day. We were looking for a toilet in the lobby. The signs were not clear. We opened the door and entered the corridor of the rooms on the first floor. We walked to the corner and looked for the toilet signs. We didn't notice that there was a small sharp corner. We fell on the ground and hurt our feet. We had to get a band-aid! It is recommended to change this corner to the diagonal position next to it!
