前台服務還行，主要問題第一點:酒店連個門頭都沒有外地人打車到那附近根本找不到，得打電話問前台才行知道往哪一棟往哪走，而且前台接待處是一客房改造的還在最裡麪得打電話問哪一間房然後才能辦理入住。 第二點熱水問題，沒有想到既然還是用熱水器燒水的洗到一半直接沒有熱水，搞得第二天直接感冒了，也沒有提前告知是熱水器燒的水。

酒店在一棟公寓樓內，16、17層是維也納酒店，朗悦臻選在28、29層。外面沒有招牌第一次找不見，打聽後得知在維也納酒店樓上。我住在29層，樓道很長很多户，有些住户不是該酒店房間。樓道內早晚進出人多，關門撞擊聲大有點嘈雜。建議房間門安裝防撞條。嗯 第一晚喜提巨大蟑螂一衹！ 距離坑口地鐵站約900米步行15分鐘，周邊餐飲超市較少，晚間溜達或者夜宵不好解決。 新酒店房間內無異味，面積不算寬敞，1人住還行，床尾過道太窄進出很難受。床墊躺着比較舒服。洗手池太小水龍頭太長，洗臉水都會流到地上！洗澡間水流大洗澡舒服。智能馬桶壞了手按沖水按鍵不方便。
