ANNMORE International Apartments

Staff were very helpful and responsive! Helped organize to send my 3 luggage to my next hotel. Even helped to contact a courier who had difficulty delivering a package. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Annmore apartments has been fantastic!! Communication between myself and the housekeeper is excellent we use wechat. I am from Australia so my expectations are high. The apartments are situated in a high rise building I chose the 2 bedroom loft apartment. It is very spacious for 2 people, it was very very clean , modern, the beds are very large and comfortable, the aircondition is amazingly cool . There is a very large integrated fridge freezer, a 2 burner cooktop , dishwasher, kettle, lots of integrated storage, a birds eye view ( we where on floor 20). A very good washing machine with detergent provided, we used this a lot. Nice clean white bath and hand towels, the shower was fantastic with good flow. A dining table, small 2 seater couch and a tv. There is also remote controlled window furnishings!! They also supply lots of bottled water in the room for you. Location - excellent for the fabric markets!! You are literally across the street for these fantastic markets ! There is also a small shopping mall right next to the building. It has lots of food options from chinese to mcdonalds also a starbucks. There is a fitness centre on 3rd floor of shopping mall too and a barbers and hair spa shop.also a small convenience store to the left of the apartments. I would definately recommend Annmore international apartments to anyone especially if you are going to the fabric markets. 😃

As a family traveler, I genuinely do not understand why some reviewers describe this hotel as having a good location. It is located near a clothing supply business center, where the roads are constantly congested with e-bikes and heavy traffic. During our stay, it typically took between one to two hours to reach popular destinations such as Beijing Road or Yongqing Fang due to the poor traffic conditions. The hotel amenities were acceptable at best, but several issues negatively impacted our stay. Some of the light switches were broken and were never repaired before guest check in. On our first day, several lights in the dinning room were not functioning. Although the hotel did send a technician to fix them on the second day, it was still inconvenient. On our last night, the room’s internet stopped working. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that the hotel had forgotten to pay the internet bill. This was a first for me in all my years of traveling. While the hotel offered a small refund for the internet issue but I declined, by that point the overall experience had already been disappointing. Such refund cannot compensate for a stay that is uncomfortable and inconvenient. The room also had other maintenance problems. Some areas were dusty, broken bathroom cabinet,the kitchen was oily, and overall, the facilities appeared poorly maintained. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel for travelers. The location is inconvenient, the facilities are in poor condition, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations. Even our local driver also doubt about the authenticity of the 5-star reviews for this hotel. 我真不理解为什么有些评论认为这家酒店的位置很好又方便。酒店位于一家服装供应商中心附近，周围常常有很多电动自行车，交通非常拥堵。我们通常需要花费 1小时到2小时才能到达像北京路或永庆坊这样的热门景点，原因就是交通状况糟糕。 酒店设施只能算是一般，但有几个问题影响了我们的入住体验。房间内一些开关坏了，酒店没有修理。第一天时，房间内有几盏灯不亮，虽然酒店第二天派了技术人员来修理，但还是带来了不便。最后一晚，房间的互联网无法连接。我们联系了前台，才得知是酒店忘记缴纳互联网费用。这是我第一次遇到这种情况。 虽然酒店为互联网问题提供了少量退款，但到了那个时候，整体的入住体验已经让我感到失望。退款并不能弥补这次不舒服和不便的住宿体验。 另外，房间里还有其他维护问题。一些地方集满灰尘，厨房油腻，整体设施保养得不好。 总的来说，我不推荐这家酒店。酒店的位置不方便，设施状况有待加强，整体体验远低于预期。对于那些5星好评，我真的怀疑其真实性。

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities best for business traveler

The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered great privacy. I will definitely stay here again next time.
