裏面的裝修比較舊了，電視機有點毛病。窗玻璃不太清晰看外景一般。應該是比較舊的公寓了。價格對起地理位置來説還行，不過因為靠主幹道噪音有一點點。
離赤崗地鐵站比較近算比較方便。
樓下也挺多二十四小時店鋪，晚上去對面喝個粥不錯。

房間面積很大，我們額外加床，還是很寬鬆，一點都不擁擠，窗户外面就是廣州塔，風景優美，去琶洲會展中心2個站，公交地鐵都很方便，樓下吃的很多，總體來説很滿意，下次過來玩就認這家店了。

房間大小還可以，能看到廣州塔尖尖，不過設施不有點老化吧，插座面板基本上都松的，動一下就充不進電了，別的都還能接受。

去琶洲展館地鐵2站路很方便我們去布展，樓層高很安靜，周邊吃的選擇多又實惠，在展館趕時間微信告訴管家要趕高鐵，管家貼心把發票都提前準備好，很貼心。

Удобное расположение аппартаментов. Достаточно большая комната, есть кухонька (но совсем нет посуды на ней), есть стиральная машина. Ремонт очень старенький. Чтобы заехать - нужно позвонить владелице. У нас не было местного телефона, пришлось просить охранника внизу это сделать. Одноразовые полотенца 😅 но выдают каждый день. Вечером по приходу встретили маленького таракашку, что неудивительно в Азии. Внизу много магазинов и кафе, до метро 5 минут. Для посещения выставки комфортна локация.
