非不得已別住這家。。。因為考點在附近才定的這家，離航海學院確實很近，步行10min左右，離地鐵站也很近步行5min左右。但是！真的吵的受不了！靠着馬路大卡車轟隆隆的，附近還有棋牌室，半夜一兩點鐘還在搓麻將，那些阿叔阿嬸大聲嚷嚷還有麻將機轟隆隆的聲音，戴了降噪耳機才勉強睡着！房間衞生也很一般，進門就一股黴味！地上都是牆灰，下水道有點反味！房間燈光很昏暗，所以建議不得已得來這住的帶上耳塞和小枱燈（要學習的話）ps：這家店考前好幾天就漲價至少一半。。

房間裏面沒有水需要自己在樓下便利店買，晚上隔音效果不好有打麻將和大車經過的聲音。如果睡眠質量不好的人慎重選擇。房間進去有一股發黴的味道而且空調噪音大又臟。空調應該是沒有清洗過所以效果不好。有潔癖的人慎重選擇。目前為止我住過同等價位環境衞生最差的酒店了吧。
設施：插頭插不穩
衞生：有很多小碎屑
環境：如果是自己一人入住建議來早一點，距離地鐵站還是遠的而且太晚感覺很害怕。

空調跟沒有一樣，身體還癢。廁所水壓也不夠，晚上根本睡不着。那個車一下子來一下大卡車。一整晚沒有睡着。麻了。反正我啊一定不會再來這裏了。

145一晚 滿屋的蟑螂 還有臭味 裏面東西根本不敢用 裏面的裝修就和幾百塊錢的出租屋差不多

價格不算低，主要是設施看起來比較舊了，但位置還行，樓下吃的小賣鋪什麼都都比較方便

#負評#對鄰近活動，床品舒適度，交通方便程度，防治蚊蟲措施，位置，鄰近店舖失望；垃圾公寓，不干净，有蟑螂，有蚊子，水管有水声，空调开了跟没开一样，货车24小时不间断吵你，整晚没睡，第二天还要考试！
