Jumeirah living is great experience for apartment services. We actually like jumeirah hotel more but we wanted to experience apartment aswell. Apartment has its own charm. It was very clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The space is huge and with all the necessary equipments. We couldn’t order the food from the hotel but we could order online food which was convenient aswell. The swimming pool is always the best thing to do in jumeirah. I think it’s the best pool in Guangzhou w tropical trees and vertical gardens. Very relaxing. And breakfast is amazing Egg Benedict . The ambiance is great. Jumeirah is very good with garden landscapes even in restaurant all the plants are real. And the most highlight is the live performer. We realized in the end that music was actually live performance. Highly recommended hotel. Best hotel in Guangzhou.

If I describe the hardware of Jumeirah Living as a pupil getting 99 out of 100 in an exam, then I will be in big trouble when commenting its software – 100 out of 100 is just not enough to describe how wonderful the ladies and gentlemen at Jumeirah Living are! The hardware at Jumeirah Living may be amazing but still has something for me to be picky with. However, I guess even the most demanding people will find it a struggle to think of a word to be picky with Jumeirah Living’s people. Maybe I can put my conclusion here first: among all the hotels I have experienced in Guangzhou, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living have the most amazing people. While MO and Jumeirah hotel should be proud of their accomplishment, this is a particularly huge achievement for Jumeirah Living – any service apartment should be really proud of itself if its service is comparable to the finest hotels. It is just like a water polo athlete winning a professional swimmer in swimming. The fact that a water polo player can overperform a professional swimmer in swimming, which the former only practices as a supplement to her/his main training in water polo, proves how hardworking that water polo athlete is. I cannot respect this hard work more! Even though I would put MO, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living as the top three of Guangzhou, they are wonderful in very different ways. MO is like a well-educated Confucius scholar; Jumeirah hotel is like a royal butler polishing every service to the finest possible extent; for Jumeirah Living, my apologies, I need more than one sentence to make the metaphor. When we began college, the school would usually assign each of us a student mentor, who may be one year or two above us. These student mentors are usually exceptionally energetic and caring (to the extent they would worry if we knew where to eat pizza on campus!). However, their care is different from those from parents and teachers. They are much more easy-going and someone we can feel at ease to be with; someone we can laugh and hang out together. This is precisely how the ladies and gentlemen are like at Jumeirah Living! The most important thing is I do not think my encounter with these amazing people is incidental – I believe the culture of Jumeirah Living is like that. This is because I have encountered at least three people at Jumeirah Living (Abel, Vivian, and Winson) as easy-going, friendly, and helpful as the student mentor described above!

Before checking in, I received a caring call from the hotel's one-to-one butler service staff, asking if there were any special requirements for the room. I originally booked a two-bedroom and one-living room room, but when I checked in, I was upgraded to a three-bedroom room. What a surprise! I ordered takeout for dinner at the hotel, and the hotel staff delivered it to the room after it was delivered; in the evening, there were two different flavors of sugar water and a large plate of fruit delivered, which was very considerate. I communicated with the butler whether I could postpone the check-out to 2 o'clock, and I was soon promised. After checking out, I found that I had left a pair of pants in the hotel. After communicating with the hotel staff, I quickly got a reply and found that I had also left some documents and information 😂😂😂. The hotel was very careful to pack the clothes and documents in a special bag for me to go back and get. Thank you very much to the hotel staff Coco, the handsome guy who checked in at the front desk, and other staff, who really made the guests feel at home. Guangzhou NO.1 five-star hotel in my mind!

The room was neat and tidy. It was cleaned every day during my stay. The housekeeping staff would provide enough drinking water and supplies every day, and help deliver takeaways to your door. This is really great! Thank you Beety for your concern and greetings before and after check-in. The family had a great stay.

I took my parents on a trip and compared many hotels, and finally chose Jumeirah Residence Apar**ents. It has a kitchen that is very suitable for family travel, and the elderly are willing to cook their own food. The apar**ent has arranged a WeChat butler from the moment we checked in. He is very considerate and gave us a large plate of welcome fruit. There is also delicious good night sugar water every night. It is very good and I appreciate it🫰

Complete facilities, considerate service and excellent location are very suitable for family travel needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and takeout is also delivered to your door. Going downstairs is Huacheng Square, next door is K11, and the Canton Tower is also very close.

I stayed in an apar**ent. The room was indeed big, but the sound insulation was not good and the door was not thick enough. The quality of bath towels and sofas in the room can be further improved. The breakfast is the most tasteless and misleads guests. At first it was said that there are two options: a la carte and buffet. However, the a la carte ones are wonton noodles and beef brisket noodles that you can pick up at any time, which completely confuses the guests. Overall feeling: It is not as luxurious and high-end as imagined, whether it is service or decoration. In addition, check-in at 3 o'clock actually had to wait 20 minutes longer😂. The indoor swimming pool could really be bigger.

It must be said that the three-bedroom apar**ent in this apar**ent is specially designed for families traveling with the elderly and children. The price is reasonable and the family a**osphere is strong. Needless to say, the hotel's location is an excellent location even in Zhujiang New Town. The service in the apar**ent is excellent. All trivial matters can be handled by the butler on WeChat, which is fast and convenient. The network is good, but the signal is a little weak in the master bedroom. The biggest flaw is the bathroom in the master bedroom. Why is it using a transparent door and why the toilet is facing away from the door? Even for a family, the perspective is a bit strange.

The room is large and the location is very good. It is very convenient to look at the waist at night. The bed was very comfortable, but the bath towels and bathrobes were a bit old. Sugar water is delivered every day, which is delicious. The service attitude is great and suitable for family travel.
