This hotel with a very beautiful and charming view. It was my last day in China and they upgraded my room to a suite, and prepared for me a fruit plate with a welcome card and a gift!!! The breakfast was varied and delicious. The steak in the restaurant wasn't the best, in their branch in Shenzhen it was better. Overall, the view, the experience and the professionalism of the staff was a very beautiful and unforgettable experience and for sure i will came back. Thank you

服務：非常好好！尤其是早餐和行政酒廊的工作人員都是非常友好，一般早上10點還會等幾分鐘再收餐，吃的比較慢也不會催，隨時幫忙收空盤，真的服務一級棒。
早餐晚餐品質也是豐富，生蠔必須好評！新西蘭生蠔很新鮮，和我之前在新西蘭吃的一樣。
酒店除了空調不是特別給力，其他都很完美！

朗豪是一家比較滿意的五星級酒店，連續三個假期都過去，主要是喜歡1888元兩晚行政套房的套餐，小孩超1米2不到1米4，飯量又不大，另外給個小童票又不划算，這個套餐剛好可以滿足，還包含了行政酒廊和一晚自助餐，一晚行政酒廊吃自助，一晚西餐廳吃自助餐，其餘時間可以去游泳濕幹蒸或者打開電腦加加班，完美解決了兩晚三天，哈哈。

一年一會又來朗豪過中秋。旺中帶靜。
客房服務：出色。阿姨卡着點打掃，回房後已經乾淨整潔。
餐廳服務：出色。明閣的水準保有。今年前菜有水菱角，幾十年沒有吃過了。自助餐廳早餐豐富，朱經理一如既往的熱情好客。酒廊服務很貼心，謝謝Yulia。
今年酒廊唯獨比去年少了一點點裝飾。明閣去年還有燈謎，今年也沒有了。

酒店周邊環境不錯，比較安靜，但是並不意味着遠離市區，這裏到廣州塔也就十到十五分鐘車程，旁邊步行六七分鐘就是南豐滙購物中心和地鐵站，換乘到機場也很方便。酒店泳池水質乾淨，裏面還有温泡池和桑拿，可以緩解一天的疲憊，點贊👍🏻。早餐是五星級酒店正常標配，明哥閣餐廳的早茶做的很好，精緻也有味道。最後説房間設計的很好，真正的乾濕分離，分的很徹底很明顯，淋浴水壓很大，泡澡也舒服。下次來廣州還會住這裏！

房間很乾凈很大，設施比較完善，洗浴間的設計挺好，景色不錯，服務也非常到位，幫忙運行李，寄存行李，態度也很好，酒店的早餐也很好，種類很多，缺點就是酒店內的消費相對貴很多，不足以吸引人在酒店內消費
