房間床被不乾淨，睡一晚上癢的不行，蟎蟲未清理乾淨，第一次給的房間床單是黃色的，換了一間後整個房間都是煙臭味夾雜着尿騷味，通風了半小時才散去，和前台反映床被癢的不行也不給解決方案，衹説會反映。

初期登記兩個人。衹給一張房卡。後來回來晚了。想要第二個張房卡。結果死活不給。都深夜了。必須要住宿人出來辦理，否則不會給第二張卡。不管對方睡沒睡。必須起來下樓辦理。服務特別差
