A luxury hotel with not very good service Positive: - Good location - wonderful view from the window - good room decoration Minuses: - When checking into the hotel, we were offered to bring slippers for the child (2.5 years old), we agreed, but they were not brought to us for the next 2 days - The 2nd child (12 years old) was not allowed to have breakfast because he was wearing slippers and was forced to change clothes. I understand that the hotel has its own rules, but they should be announced earlier, not when you arrive for breakfast. Also, children are usually not so much of a problem in normal hotels. - The breakfast was good, but the selection was smaller than in other hotels (we also stayed in Shenzhen and Hong Kong during this trip) - When we checked out, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for the deposit to be returned, as the hotel needed to check the room, but they couldn't do it quickly. - The room layout was strange and inconvenient. We took a deluxe room with two queen beds, which is essentially a family room.At the same time, it has a bathroom in the hallway, and when you get out of the shower, you also end up in the hallway. The designer who did this clearly doesn't have a family or children.

We had a fantastic experience staying in this room with our family—the space was comfortable, and it felt like a true home away from home. The kids loved the cozy setup, and it was perfect for quality time together. The hotel's welcoming vibe made our trip memorable and stress-free. One small suggestion to make it even better: We'd love to see a dedicated play area or "kids' corner" in the room (or nearby) for babies and little ones. Something simple like a soft mat with toys, books, or a small activity station would be amazing for keeping the energy high during downtime. It would turn a great stay into an unforgettable one for families like ours! Overall, highly recommend for family getaways. Keep up the great work, and thanks for making our visit special.
