差評，絕對要給個差評，沒見過那麼拽的服務員。來這酒店也不是一次兩次了，這次特別惱火。首先進去酒店就説非得要身份證原件，不給原件就不可以入住，連照片拍的身份證都不可以，説是全國任何一家酒店都要身份證原件才可以入住，幸好同行人有帶身份證，後面還要我驗證身份訊息之類的，還是用員工本人的手機登陸一個不知道什麼系統的，真擔心會泄漏自己的個人訊息。後面退房的時候態度也不見得好到哪裡去，之前過來每次都可以掃碼免費停車的，退房的時候要個停車碼感覺像滅了她全家一樣，反正對這酒店好感全無，以後也不會去這酒店消費了。

這是幫忙安排的房間你看一下洗手間的，沖涼房的瓷磚掉落的面積超過了兩平方米。當我提出更換房間以後，店家還非常不願意。告訴我這樣住着不影響，我就納悶了，攜程平台都提供這樣的房源給客户嗎？在我急着入住的情況下，還反反覆覆浪費了半個多小時。
