One week in clubmed Guilin. It is a full service resort with lots of activities for adults and kids over 4 years old. The G.O. staff was very enthusiastic and did a great job. Special thanks to Anjas, April, James(Taichi), Tiger(golf), Sharon, Roger(dining), bread and pastry chefs for making the delicious bread. There are too many people to thank. The campus was huge and always clean.

Club Med 是非常不錯的裏面的go都非常熱情、一日三餐都有吃的、三樓裏面有自助小火鍋，不過需要早上11點自己去餐廳門口約。一樓有主餐廳、客房一樓有面吧基本上隨時不用擔心沒吃的。如果你想去參加各種活動呢，打個電話給前台她們會幫你叫好車送你去目的地。然後裏面的各種活動也非常不錯如：攀巖、空中飛人，瑜伽、……
但我呢，忙着各種各樣的風景和美照，還有美食就沒有去參加。

自然環境沒的説，除蟲除的整體還不錯，但服務跟餐食在我去過的clubmed裏面屬於墊底的，1.bar台的換班幾個“阿姨”調酒全程沒有表情，感覺要酒向問她們施捨一樣，體驗非常不好。另外負責登記KTV的胖胖小哥也非常不友好，定完以後不給告訴ktv房間還要臨近時間再跑一次。2.住了5天餐食屬於災難，基本都是很便宜的食材，除了米粉沒有任何特色。3.G.O除了amazing family的兩個小哥還不錯外，其他都挺一般的，甚至看到不止一次一個短頭髮GO吼不乖的小朋友，非常震驚。4.村長也挺無趣的，基本見到也不是很熱情。5.房間簡單老舊，有股味道.6.五一期間衹能4晚起訂，非常**。總結：想來桂林，玩一下的，省心一點這個酒店總體體驗可以算得上及格，但對於clubmed愛好者來説，這家是完全不及格的，非常不推薦！

房間確實沒有麗江的好和新，但是整體感受真的好太多，一家人在此度過了美好的假期時光！五一滿房的狀態下，吧枱、go、mini俱樂部、餐廳、客房服務的工作人員基本都能微笑服務，不容易啊！遇到了問題，前台的娜娜業務能力和專業態度都讓我很感動，幫助解決了問題，而且一直跟進問題和關懷👍👍

帶陽台房間很大，沙發床免費，景色優美，溶洞探險也很好玩，酒店後花園很大，管理很到位，阿姨每天兩次整理房間，節目很多，室內泳池很温暖，服務人員全能，前台nana服務很好，帶孩子確實很方便玩耍，足不出户體驗桂林山水甲天下～
