本來想給四星的，想了一下還是算了。大過年的，大家都不容易
設施：還算新，床跟枕頭挺舒服。
Wi-Fi用不了，連上一會就掉，用的還是老的無線協議，電腦一直提醒有安全隱患，衹能用自己手機開熱點辦公。
衞生：衞生不錯，樓層打掃衞生的大姐很熱情。見面都會打招呼
環境：周邊沒有去逛，可能是過年期間，旁邊的街道很多店鋪都關門，想吃個桂林米粉都找不到
服務：想給四分的原因就是服務這一項，攜程訂房上説的有一份歡迎水果沒有，其餘的權益也一樣都沒有享受到；雙床房就送一份早餐，雖然用不上，但是就覺得很奇怪，還不如沒有。入住的時候前台沒人，喊了幾聲才有個小夥子出來。但是感覺他無精打采，是不是生病了還是過節值班鬧情緒，不得而知。退房的時候前台帥哥問我入住體驗，我就跟他講了大概，還是很認真傾聽的，給個贊。
總體來説是滿意的，勉強得個4分吧，多的那分給退房詢問客人住宿體驗這個步驟，希望能改進，讓更多客户體驗東程集團酒店的服務。
