設施：離松花路地鐵站特別近，去黔靈山公園坐一站就到了，很方便
衞生：整體來説還是比較乾淨的
環境：如圖，住宿住成回頭客必然是覺得舒服才選擇的

房間還不錯，地理位置非常好，樓下就是地鐵口方便出行，老闆人也好，主要是公共區有飲水機，非常好，但是隔音巨巨巨巨巨巨差❌，就是隔壁打嗝都能聽的一清二楚，隔壁洗手以為自己房間有人，差到這種地步，隔壁情侶的造人活動被迫全程聽下來真的很尷尬很崩潰🙅🙅😓

趁還沒到國慶旅遊旺季來貴州玩了幾天，第一站貴陽選了這家民宿酒店，位置很好就在最繁華的花果園核心位置，樓下就是白宮、雙子塔、濕地公園等地標，吃的玩的都非常多。
離高鐵站、飛機場很近，打車二十分鐘左右；離黔靈山公園、甲秀樓、陽明祠、青巖古鎮這些景點和飛山街、青雲路市集（夜市一條街，美食小吃非常多）也都很近，真的非常方便。
老闆娘人非常好，還幫忙聯繫介紹了去周邊景點的小團，省去了自己坐車去的眾多麻煩。酒店風格不錯，住的安靜衞生舒適，非常滿意，會推薦給過來旅遊朋友入住。

挺好的，挺温馨的，房間佈置的像公主房，放了一些女孩子的小擺件，有窗，就是它的衞生間台階太高啦，上下都很費勁，尤其腿腳不好的人太難了，這一點需要改進吧！

第一次評論，這家民宿確實讓我挺滿意的，讓我最印象深刻的就是老闆在房間裏還放了一瓶男士專用的洗髮露，之前住過的酒店都沒有這麼細心過，房間佈局不像其他酒店那樣顏色死板。下次去貴陽還住她家，還有一個投影儀

100多住這個已經很好了。晚上睡的很舒服。樓下有家燒烤店特別好吃。老闆娘人也不錯。位置怎麼説呢？雖然離地鐵口遠，但是打車方便。到哪都不遠。市中心雖然位置好，但貴啊。這個把錢省下來不香嗎

一個人來貴陽出差，訂了他家一個單人間，到達前心裏還在想六七十塊錢一晚的房間會不會很差？直到到了酒店疑慮才打消，雖然是民宅隔出來的公寓，但跟酒店一樣該有的設施全都有，比酒店還多了一份家庭式的温馨，裝修風格挺不錯的，房子靠山這邊睡覺很安靜，衞生也很乾凈，房間內沒有異味，下次還會來住。
