酒店服務也很好，特別是007號服務很周到，酒店位置也很好，處繁華地帶有鬧中靜的感覺，另外，早餐物有所值，門前大院停車場很大停車方便。

貴酒店的服務態度讓人大失所望。從入住開始，我就感覺到前台的態度冷漠，這種態度讓我感到非常不滿意，希望酒店管理人員能夠認真對待此事，採取有效措施加以改進，以提高服務質量和客人滿意度。
（嚴重懷疑酒店的前台是老闆七大姑八大姨）

小南海在固始縣算是性價比特別好的店，固始的賓館價格虛高且無任何服務，這是大家都知道的，小南海作為政府招待所前台二店，設施你都不用看，肯定好，但服務別要求太高，固始人就這熊樣，沒多大本事，能吹，還莫名其妙的拽。

典型的欺騙客人，特價房就是負一層，怎麼不在網上明示一下呢，房間隔音是我住過最差的酒店，隔壁打呼嚕聲，洗澡聲，沖馬桶聲都聽的一清二楚。前台服務更是差勁。
