There was no room service available. Room cleaning was not done. Dining plates were not removed.

The room which was provided to us was not clean even after repeated requests no one came for mattresses change, they didn't provide us the water, even for breakfast which was there in my package they behaved like we were begging for food. Moreover this hotel is not safe for a woman being a woman only i know how i slept. There is no parking space they parked my car in an open park, Only food is good rest service is too bad

5. Water spills over from wash room to living room. 6. Loud music till midnight in the banquet hall. Very poor state of deluxe room at high price.

According to the hotel staff, there was good cleanliness in the hotel but there was some problem of food because some of the parathas were either spoiled or the food was spoiled….the rest was fine.
