Respectfully, this is probably the stingiest 5 star hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Everything has an extra charge. You want good wifi? An extra charge. You want to use the pool? An extra charge (and you can’t even use it the whole day because there are different sessions you have to pay for). I asked for 6 bottles of water because we’re staying in a family suite fit for 4 people and they said “that’s too much”, i didn’t know there’s a cut off for water, and even if there was, why would they ask me “how many” if they’re going to refuse to give more than a certain amount? Overall, just poor quality of service, the lobby was also quite deserted when we arrived, it made us wonder if we were in the right place. Not sure what gave it its 5 star but personally, i would rate it a 3 star at best, though our overall experience is no more than a 1. P.S. The room is dusty and the bathroom has a pungent fishy smell after you flush the toilet.

The hotel staff are v friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are superb. Hotel is also v spacious and my room view is amazing. It's on 10min walk to gyeongju world. I will definitely come back again if I can.

It was such a great hotel experience as demanded from a Hilton hotel. Everything is settled perfectly they thought every need in the room. The stuff was polite and helpful. I would love to visit again.

Location is very good. Coffee shops. Restaurants around here are awesome.

This is a hotel I visit at least once a year. The rooms are in excellent condition, the buffet restaurant has been remodeled and is clean, and it's a great place to enjoy water activities with your family.

It was great! But they didn't really accommodate our requests...ㅠㅠ The pool has become a paid option. But the staff's friendliness made it even better. :) It's perfect for a family trip. I wouldn't recommend it for a couples trip!

The hotel is quite old, there is no separation between wet and dry areas, there is a lot of water in the bathroom after taking a shower, the big bed creaks when turning over, the environment is very good, the air is good, and the service attitude is also very good. The breakfast is good.

The hotel environment is very good, very comfortable and satisfactory. The facilities are also complete, suitable for business trips and family stays. The food is also very good, it looks very hygienic and fresh.

I stayed here for a recording session for a nearby music program. It's far from the station, but it's easy to get there by taxi. It was very clean.

I liked the quaint and traditional interior and the friendly service. It's close to Bomun Lake and there are also pretty art galleries and cafes, so it's a great place to spend time!

It was a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious. I live in Busan and often visit Gyeongju, so I should use it often.

It was nice and quiet, better than I expected.
