This stay at Orange Crystal Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The receptionist, Xiao Shang, was incredibly efficient at check-in, greeting me with a smile throughout, and was both warm and attentive. The hotel's tranquil environment is perfect for a relaxing vacation, making me feel right at home.
What's even more impressive are the details of the service. Every staff member I encountered in the hallway greeted me proactively with a genuine and warm smile. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries—everything you could want.
From the efficient and attentive front desk service to the ubiquitous warm greetings, and the heartfelt breakfast, every detail reflects meticulous attention to detail! When you finish a busy week at work, or if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, Orange Crystal Xiong'an New Area Hotel is the perfect choice for enjoying a peaceful life!

I booked the Yicheng Hotel by chance while in Zhuozhou, and I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuozhou for leisure or business!
First, the cleanliness is amazing! There was no unpleasant hotel smell as soon as I entered, the sheets and blankets had a clean, sun-kissed scent, and there was no dust in the corners of the bathroom or the crevices of the table. Even the mirror on the sink was sparkling clean—it made me feel so safe and comfortable!
The location is also super convenient, with convenience stores and snack shops nearby. You don't have to go far to buy things or eat, perfect for lazy people.
What impressed me most was the service and facilities! Both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and they even proactively recommended good restaurants nearby. They were all smiles throughout, making for a fantastic experience! The room facilities were also very new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly and wasn't noisy, the shower had good water pressure and a stable water temperature, and even the hairdryer was powerful!
Let me emphasize this mattress! It's absolutely amazing! I'm a light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping in different hotels, but I slept soundly through the night here. The mattress had just the right firmness and excellent support; my back didn't ache at all when I woke up. I asked the front desk for the mattress link the day I checked in, and I'm already planning to get one for my own home! 😂
The room design was also very practical. The bedside table had USB charging ports, the round dining table was large enough for business trips, and there was plenty of space for a clothes rack—perfect for putting away suitcases and hanging clothes.
In short, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuozhou! For those of you visiting Zhuozhou, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

The whole service is the best I have ever experienced recently. From check-in to dining, especially in the morning, the waiter will help you get your bag when you come in and put it on the seat. She is good-looking and has a good service attitude. She will serve you with a smile throughout the morning. Have a good mood. There are many kinds of breakfast, including donkey meat grilled on fire, very satisfied!

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

FFredJiaThe main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

I came to Dingzhou to take an exam, and because the exam room was located in the same place, I specifically asked the front desk, who then contacted the manager, who contacted the relevant person in charge to confirm. It was really thoughtful. The hotel is newly renovated, so there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn't affect it! They gave me a fruit plate, and the service attitude must be praised. 👍 If I have the chance to come to Dingzhou in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Wuduo Hotel High-speed Railway Station is full! From check-in to check-out, the whole service is very intimate and thoughtful. The front desk is warm and polite, fast, take the initiative to help with luggage and guide the elevator; The aunt in the room cleaned carefully and meticulously, there was no dead corner in hygiene, the supplies were replenished in time, and the room was always clean and refreshing. What touched me most was that I accidentally dropped a pajama when I left the store. I didn't find it. When the hotel was cleaned, I found it in time and contacted me as soon as possible. The attitude was sincere, the processing was efficient, and it was especially warm. The room is soundproofed, quiet and not noisy, the bedding is comfortable, and I sleep well. The supporting facilities are complete, the laundry room and gym can be used, and free parking is also very convenient. The overall service details are in place, there is temperature, and it is trustworthy. It has been recommended to colleagues. I will stay in Wuduo in Baoding in the future.
