GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

BBazhehunluanwuI booked a hotel and attraction package on Trip.com and chose this hotel from many options. When I arrived, the front desk simply said they'd upgraded my room for free. When I got to the room, I found out I'd been upgraded directly from a standard king room to a 60-square-meter business suite – I was so pleased! I immediately decided to stay an extra day and booked the cheapest room type. When I went down to the front desk to inform them, they said, 'Could you please give me your room card?' Then I was told they had again upgraded me to the business suite for my extended stay, and even gave me a free one-day pass to five major park attractions. I was so touched!
**Amenities:** Very complete, everything you could think of and even things you wouldn't.
**Hygiene:** Very clean and well-kept. For such a large room, it's impressive how meticulously it was cleaned.
**Environment:** Very quiet. With the doors and windows closed, you can barely hear any noise.
**Service:** Whether it was the front desk, the lobby manager, or housekeeping, everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I was very moved.
Next time I come to Hengdian, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers an immersive movie theme with meticulous attention to detail and excellent service. The 'Dongyang into the Show' experience was fantastic. The ambiance is elegant and stylish, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis is one of the more established hotels in Hengdian, and overall it's pretty good. They even have little robots that deliver room service! The only issue I had during my two-day stay was with the room door lock; it wasn't working very well. One day, it wouldn't even close properly. Luckily, a staff member in the hallway saw it and arranged for someone to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. The hotel breakfast, though, was very rich and delicious, and I even saw celebrities coming and going from their makeup sessions. Everything else was really satisfactory!

GGuest UserI really recommend to go to this hotel, the staff welcome you greatly and kindly. The breakfast there is really good, im always full after that. Your friends can also come to take pictures here and have a great time with you. Also the room has a great elegant, sophisticated and cute style. They also have a playground for kids, swimming pool for everyone as well.

GGuest User**Brushed to the temporary decision to go, the environment has not to say that green plants surround the natural oxygen bar, but many trees have bugs are uncomfortable, the room with slides children like it very much, the health is not satisfactory, usually live in a five-star hotel or there is a difference, the quilt found a lot of small black spots at night, The sound insulation is really poor. I didn’t sleep well at night. The next day’s activities were not ready. The children were disappointed. The breakfast was good. The rest of the hot spring afternoon tea was too hot and I didn’t experience it. The surrounding area was quite biased. I drove 8 kilometers to the Ping An Hotel at night. It tasted good. 👍

AAnonymous UserI came to Hengdian to run a marathon. This is my second time staying at the Orange Hotel under Huazhuhui. The last time was in Hohhot. The standards are very consistent. I am super satisfied with it in every aspect. The layout of the room, the uniform color matching, all kinds of small orange details, The comfort of the bedding and bath towels, the intelligent design of the room lighting, and everything else, I am particularly satisfied with. I will stay in other cities in the future~

SSasyaaMalay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly.
The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable.
One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food.
The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us.
Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

Room is new and bright, and sleeps three adults very comfortably. Hotel has many eateries nearby. Easy to hail rides to Hengdian studios. Hotel's entrance up a dedicated driveway makes for pleasant boarding and alighting. Friendly front desk staff help to book studios tickets with 15% discount. Breakfast with Western option is adequate but avoid the early morning crowd on Saturday. Responsive room service. Free laundrette and small gym on lobby floor.
