We had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend the Inbal Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We would be happy to stay here again!

There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.

The hotel itself is good, but the process of booking through Ctrip is definitely nonsense. Ctrip's customer service notice on the day of check-in stated that the hotel would cancel our reservation due to credit card guarantee issues. It was less than two hours from check-in, and it was also the Sabbath day. A few of us drove around Jerusalem for four or five hours without finding enough rooms. There was no way to return to this hotel and try my luck to see if there was a room. Who knew that the hotel did not cancel our reservation at all, and the guaranteed credit card was no problem. It was so smooth. Afterwards, Ctrip's customer service called back to say a bunch of non-substantive polite words, and finally did not explain why it was notified to us that the hotel was cancelled. Delayed most of our day and was speechless.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

New and nice hotel. In door swimming pool. Close to the centre of the city. Very recommended.

The hotel environment is very good, the building was transformed from the previous church, the shape is great, the tower can be overlooked throughout Jerusalem, the service is good, breakfast options are not much

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in the city. There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful. Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good .. Other than that everything is fine.
